As an [ IM&S Sr. Sourcing Specialist, JP] at [MKS MSD devision], you will partner with [Indirect Materials & Services organization] to [support its Procurement plan and strategy effectively]. In this role, you will report to the [Sr. Regional Manager, IM&S Procurement KR,JP & SEA ].

Skills You Bring:
· At least over 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus but not required. Experience in cross functional coordination is rather the key skill.
· Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
· Proficiency in business English.
· Proficiency in MS tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
· Mindset to proactively collaborate with global/regional/local managers for the optimum solution.
· Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and a desire to excel in a new role.
· Familiarity with IM&S solutions and technologies is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area is essential.
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
· SAP ERP and SAP Ariba (Guided Buying, SLP module) experience is a plus.
· CPSM(Certified Professional in Supply Management) or relevant sourcing/procurement certificate is a plus.
