Position Overview:
The Image Specialist is responsible for the digital editing, processing, organization and publishing of images that appear on Sierra.com. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience with Adobe photo-editing software and will thrive in a fast-paced production environment that focuses on continuous improvement. Excellent time-management and organizational skills are a must. Image Specialists work closely with fellow Post Production team-members and Third-Party partners, as well as Photographers, Copywriters, Merchandising Assistants, Buyers, Q.A. and Vendors to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy for our internal and external customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Edit, process, organize and publish digital image files for the Sierra.com websiteWork in a team environment to meet challenging production goalsPartner with Third-Party teams to ensure image quality and deadlines are met Achieve high standards of quality, accuracy and quantityLearn and follow Sierra.com style standards for all product categoriesWork with Third-Party resources, Photographers, Copywriters, Merchandising Assistants, Quality Assurance, Buyers, Vendors and other teams to ensure Sierra.com images meet the highest standards
Skills and Abilities:

Job Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience using Adobe photo-editing softwareExceptional attention to detailExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work quickly with great accuracyContinuous-improvement mindsetAssociate’s degree or relevant college coursework preferredExperience in e-commerce a plusExperience in automating Adobe image editing processes is desirableOvertime may be required during times of peak production
This position has a starting pay range of $15.20 to $26.60 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
