SUMMARY
This role involves compiling and reconciling electronic data and deposit files for multiple clients, ensuring all data and deposits are balanced. Additionally, the position requires handling various levels of data entry keying functions and transactions that necessitate complex processing skills, training, experience, and accuracy. The job requires attention to detail to manage and balance electronic records and transactions effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Able to perform all keying functions with accuracy. Able to retain client specific format information. Need to be self-directed. Able to navigate moving batches if needed prior to creating electronic files Able to reconcile electronic files to ensure all data and deposits balance Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent PC knowledge and skills. Ability to work independently and make independent decisions using knowledge and skills. Ability to work under deadlines. Basic math skills. Excellent attention to detail skills, accuracy, and quality of work. Analytical skills. Advanced problem-solving skills. Above average decision-making skills. Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM. 10‑key skills required.
WORK SCHEDULE-
40 hour schedules set within the following parameters:
Monday - Friday 10am-8pm
2 position openings to start in January.
WORK LOCATION
Boone, Iowa Facility
SALARY
Base Wage of grade = $16.05
SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
2nd Shift = 10% of base wage for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a regular and reoccurring basis.
