Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and cultivate partnerships with Global Marketing, Regional Commercial Excellence and Sales Enablement teams to drive implementation and adoption of Imaging priorities and processes, mapping, driving, and maintaining global process standardization.Identify and lead improvement opportunities focused on simplifying commercial processes impacting funnel management, Install Base and Options & Upgrades.Lead training and adoption of Imaging Commercial tools to Global Imaging teams and assist regional teams on the same.Lead the Imaging Commercial toolset relationship with IT.Assist in analytics related to overall Orders and Options & Upgrades planning at the Imaging level.Imaging Focal Point for systemic data governance, ensuring data quality and necessary IT and process enhancements to support high-quality data for operations and decision-making.Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional work experience.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, using data to assist in problem-solving, identifying root causes and action plans.Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions, and regions.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, matrixed organization.5+ years of experience and demonstrated aptitude interacting with IT stakeholders to define system enhancements.Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com platform, reports, dashboards.Demonstrated knowledge of BI tools and Analytics.Demonstrated knowledge on the GEHC Imaging Funnel Management Hoshin Kanri and KaizensDesired Characteristics
