Imaging Digital Solutions - Commercial Leader - International
**Job Description Summary** The Commercial Leader will drive the business growth and expansion of the Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio across all regions of International. This role will focus on commercial intensity with Product Sales Specialists (PSS) and Regional Service Sales Managers (RSSM), work closely with global Fleet and PIA product and marketing teams, and lead resource planning and pricing for large tenders and key accounts. Additionally, this individual will identify and advocate for upsell opportunities, support cloud adoption, and transition from perpetual to subscription-based models, ensuring commercial excellence in funnel management, pricing, and service sales enablement. This role will report directly to the INT Lifecycle Director and work closely with the Global Fleet and PIA product and marketing teams. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Define, own, and implement the regional portfolio strategy and go-to-market model for Imaging Digital Solutions. + Drive the commercial execution of the **Imaging 360** portfolio and **DoseWatch** , focusing on high-value opportunities and fleet expansion. + Identify and drive growth market opportunities through demand creation and funnel acceleration. + Establish pricing strategies for Digital Solutions and SaaS applications to optimize revenue growth. + Own and drive the **lifecycle management of the SaaS business model** , including quoting, ordering, invoicing, installation, renewal, and customer success. + Work closely with **modality product management, marketing, and regional commercial teams** to align SaaS implementation and sales strategies. + Provide **upstream marketing insights** to influence future product development. + Lead and coordinate **resource planning and pricing strategies** for large tenders and key accounts. + Collaborate with **Service Marketing and Lifecycle Management** to drive cloud adoption and customer success. + Ensure **sales enablement** , including developing necessary tools, marketing collateral, and training for sales teams. + Monitor and report on **business performance and customer success KPIs** , ensuring data-driven decision-making. + Work across(service, sales, marketing, clinical) to drive overall business strategy and execution. **multi-functional teams** **Qualifications:** + **Minimum of 7-10 years of experience** in a senior commercial leadership role in the healthcare, medical device, or digital solutions industry. + Proven track record of **driving commercial strategy, operational excellence, and sales growth** . + Strong knowledge of **subscription-based and SaaS business models** , including cloud-based solutions. + Experience in **strategic pricing, tender management, and large account planning** . + Demonstrated ability to work in a **matrix organization** and lead cross-functional collaboration. + Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to interpret commercial data and drive actionable insights. + Excellent **communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills** . + **Experience in Imaging, Radiology, or Healthcare IT solutions** is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, GainSight) is a plus. + Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
