The Imaging Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both production and administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. They collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and supervisors to optimize processes, enhance workflows, and ensure teams achieve their goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the business objectives and operations, as well as the ability to balance customer relationships with a goal-driven, risk-mitigating culture. Their contribution is key to fostering customer success and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Perform inbounding and pre prep functions.
Scheduling and job setup with staging.
Preparing Job Specifications.
Perform Sort, Prep, Packaging and Release functions.
Final quality check on and corrections post production.
Imaging Operations employee training.
Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.
Requirements
Familiarity with PC, imaging and other related technology/business experience
Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.
Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.
Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.
