Per facility, assists with scheduling patients, updating patient information, and providing patients with information. Promotes patient confidentiality by screening incoming phone calls and all incoming visitors/patients to the office. Coordinates multiple department projects to be completed in a specified time frame.** **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Greets patients and family members. + Registers outpatient imaging patients, enter orders and collects co-pay as determined by facility. + Answers incoming call promptly in a pleasant, helpful manner. Triages incoming calls and obtains accurate and appropriate information for messages. Delivers messages in a timely manner. + Communicates with Imaging staff regarding patient arrival times, tests and procedures.
