Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Imaging Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Imaging Specialist will be a crucial member of our team, utilizing their skills in organizing, cataloging, and indexing documents in both paper and electronic form, using various mediums. Responsibilities: • Utilize scanning software and hardware to digitize documents • Navigate multiple Email repositories and manage communications • Maintain an organized file system within Windows Explorer directories • Use Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel to process and manage documents • Handle document indexing and manage an efficient and searchable file system • Apply previous administrative, clerical or similar office experience to ensure smooth operation • Leverage Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize emails and appointments • Conduct document scanning and ensure all documents are accurately digitized • No requirement for working on nights or weekends. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, demonstrating the ability to create, edit, and manage PDF documents. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, data analysis, and visual data representation. • Experience with scanning, including the ability to operate various types of scanners and troubleshoot common issues. • Knowledge in scanning documents, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and in a timely manner. • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, demonstrating the ability to manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize tasks. • Understanding of indexing, with the capability to organize and categorize information for ease of use. • Experience in document indexing, ensuring all scanned documents are properly classified and easily retrievable.
