Responsible for supervising the scanning and imaging solutions for our clients. Works closely with customer to meet requirements of imaging projects. Customer focused with excellent relationship and team building skills and demonstrated success in utilizing scanning and imaging software and hardware options. Instills trust and a positive team attitude through strong core values and work ethic.
Responsibilities Supervise and train staff in all areas of operation on proper technical and procedural processesWork with direct reports (Doc Prep, Scanning and Indexing clerks) to mentor, monitor and ensure that each area is meeting their benchmarked output, and provide direction when output is not metProvide daily and weekly reports on volumes for each area of operation as well as report level of achievement of benchmarked goals.Act as an interface between client and CBPSEnsure that team members meet their production quotas.Using excel, track production results against targets and create management reports. Qualifications Associates degree in a technology related field, or technical school education in information technology. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.Must have excellent follow through skillsMust be customer service focusedMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with clientsAbility to work well in stressful situations and be deadline sensitiveAvailability to work overtime/varied hours when requiredClear status on criminal and drug testPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
