We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality of patient images while maintaining safety standards. This position involves working closely with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography (CT) scansPosition patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images while adhering to safety protocolsOperate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring functionality and safetyCollaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to review and analyze imaging resultsMaintain accurate patient records and documentation of proceduresProvide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns during procedures
Qualifications
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a hospital and radiology department required. Must have satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school. License is required as issued by ARRT (national)CT Required CRT (state) Fluoroscopy certification. Certification in Radiology and CT required. Must maintain Fire Safety card. (must obtain within 90 days of start date. Classes offered in hospital.)
