Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Warehouse Worker to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely handling and processing customer materials in a fast-paced and non-climate controlled warehouse environment, ensuring the security and integrity of all information. We're looking for dedicated individuals to help move Iron Mountain into the future and become our next generation of managers and leaders.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage the physical processing of warehouse items, including loading and unloading trailers, sorting materials, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
Operate tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and secure work area to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure the security of customer information by adhering to all company policies and compliance standards.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
A High School diploma or equivalent, combined with effective English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced and non-climate controlled warehouse environment, including regular lifting, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of computer-related equipment for data entry and familiarity with standard industry tools.
What We Offer
Rate of Pay: $16.75/hr (paid biweekly)
Shifts:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm (Overtime may be required)
Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11pm (Overtime may be required)
Sunday–Thursday, 11:30pm – 6:30am (Overtime may be required)
Note: This position is not eligible for benefits until conversion to a permanent role.
