MAJOR FUNCTION:
Ensures that office is properly staffed and that all functions are consistently performed in a timely fashion while ensuring quality patient care. Resolves problems, answers question, supplies and/or obtains information for staff, patients and IMG administration. Responsible for personnel management to include clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsible for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures. The Office Manager II is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of practices with 5 or more providers or 12 plus support staff FTE’s. Assists in strategic initiatives to develop practice to fullest potential. Performs as problem solver to physicians, regional administrator/director, medical director, patients and staff. Oversees established financial processes and ensures staff executes daily business office functions and procedures. Responsible for monitoring business activity to ensure established revenue and expense targets are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent years of experience in business operations including a management role would be considered. Five years office experience in an out-patient clinic and/or physician's office required.Certification/Licensure:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and car insurance and be able to travel between sites as required.
