IMG Product Marketing Analyst

The Product Marketing Analyst will support the forward model marketing deliverables and coordinating marketing deliverables of ongoing product development (OPD) programs for assigned programs

The position is based in Chennai but will be supporting global/regional programs 
 

Education Qualification

 

A marketing or business degree is preferred 

 

No. of Years of Experience 7 years plus in Marketing

Understanding of Product Marketing, Product Development process and Marketing Deliverables in program milestones

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Support product marketing initiatives as directed by the manager Assignments will include competitive analysis, pricing analysis, and drafting of market equations  Assist the manager in guiding and coordinating local product actions and market equations through the approval process Support the manager in developing & obtaining consensus within MS&S:  Nameplate Brand Positioning: Target customers, Product Benefits, Personality/Image, Pricing Strategy Identifying regional markets where new products will be sold, including the integration of regional market wants into program assumptions. Detailed order guide with feature mixes by market. Future vehicle product needs and customer requirements, including use of Ford Global research tools. Market equation development, including market commitments to appropriate volume and revenue. Proactively support ongoing profit improvement and complexity reduction efforts. Responsible for being the single point of contact for mix, rates, volumes, sales, order guides, and PDLs for the product. Lead or support special market or product studies as necessary.
