Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled 3rd Shift Production Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate equipment controls for loading/unloading rolls safely for packing, and winding/rewinding finished products. You will also be responsible for preparing samples of finished products, printing, and labeling.
ResponsibilitiesCheck operating controls and safety of equipment prior to operation.Obtain material for processing from inventory bins and notify the supervisor of any damaged, defective, or missing material.Set up machine based on production orders.Label and pack finished products as produced on the machine per work order instructions.Review work orders and drawings, resolving any conflicts.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.Comply with OSHA safety standards when performing job duties.Notify the supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.Maintain lift cart certification.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience.2 years of experience in heavy general labor, heavy machine operating, carpentry, or construction.Experience working with large parts or materials (4 ft +).Good documentation skills.Ability to understand oral and written instructions.Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.Some Microsoft Office skills.Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.Experience with an ERP or computer system for pulling up work orders and checking products.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with film/paper/cardboard rewinding machinery or converting machinery.Experience with bottling/food manufacturing machinery.Experience with hand tools, drills, saws, etc., is a plus.Good job tenure is a must (no more than 3 jobs in 3 years).Why Work Here?
This is a contract-to-hire position with potential for career progression even while on assignment. Employees can progress through three levels and receive pay raises at each level.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
