Join Our Team as a Lead Psychologist in Washington!

 

Position: Lead Psychologist

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Walla Walla, WA
Type: Locums (13 weeks)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (5x8s or 4x10s)

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our team at the Washington facility. This premium position offers the opportunity to provide leadership and clinical oversight to mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to assigned mental health professionals. Collaborate with Health Service Managers and other Psychologists to develop and implement mental health services. Ensure ongoing training and development of staff in therapeutic skills and Health Plan requirements. Participate in involuntary medication hearings, complete Behavioral Discharge Summaries, and contribute to the Mental Health Management Team. Engage in quality improvement projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Fully licensed in Washington State. BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years post-doctoral experience. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Interview Process:

Video interview with the medical director. Onboarding time: 2-4 weeks.
