Description Robert Half is partnering with a Miami immigration law firm seeking an immigration attorney with 2+ years’ experience to join its team. This immigration attorney will handle asylum and removal defense, motions, and complex legal strategies, ensuring exceptional client support and justice. Position is on-site with several work from home days every month. Base salary up to $150,000 plus health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) match and generous paid time off (5+ weeks). Responsibilities: + Coordinate legal strategies with team members. + Prepare and manage case filings and ensure compliance with deadlines. + Conduct attorney-level review and edits of application submissions to USCIS. + Manage case filings and deadlines. + Research legal issues.
