The Program
Mallinckrodt is offering an 11-week internship program, which provides an immersive experience in the world of pharmaceuticals. As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Here, you will be able to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a corporate environment. In addition, our internship program is designed to include networking opportunities across the company, professional development workshops, and community service.

Summary
The Immunology Marketing Intern will gather insights about the patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Dermatomyositis/Polymyositis who can be treated with Mallinckrodt products and distill the insights into Digital Marketing that will drive patient request. The data sources for this project will include primary research conducted by Mallinckrodt over the years and secondary research available online and through patient advocacy groups. The Immunology Marketing Intern will develop a Creative Brief and work with the advertising agency to create ad units and the media agency to place those units.
Essential Functions
Compose a creative brief that incorporates customer insight
Create advertising and fulfillment materials for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Dermatomyositis/Polymyositis
Work with media agency
Create a system of testing and optimization for both creative and media channels
Report on impact of advertising
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills:
MBA Candidate preferred
Consumer marketing or pharmaceutical experience preferred
