We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Manager to lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the Immunology unit, JJ Israel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, leadership capabilities, a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, identification and leveraging of business opportunities, implementation of the product strategic plan in the field, and the ability to motivate, develop, and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership Management:Lead, mentor, coach and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales and KPIs targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-energy team environment.Sales Strategy Execution:.Establish sales targets and KPIs, based on the product strategic plan, for individual team members and monitor progress toward achieving them.Training Development:Provide ongoing training to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.Ensure that the sales team remains compliant with JNJ Israel standards and regulations.Organize regular team meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to keep the team professional, motivated and informed.Customer Relationship Management:Work with team members to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, , and other stakeholders.Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues that arise.Reporting Analysis:Use data to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to sales tactics.Collaboration Cross-Functional Coordination:Be part of the CVT (Core Value Team) – a strategic team that leads the product from strategy plan to implementationWork closely with the Product manager, Medical manager and Digital manager to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and product launches.Collaborate with other functions in the organization to ensure a unified approach to market challenges and opportunities.#LI-LM5

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fieldProven experience in a sales management role, with at least 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.Additional Information:
