RQIP Benefits Include: + Generous PTO & Holidays + Remote Work Environment (some positions require travel) + Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision + HSA & FSA Account Options, with employer HSA contribution + 401k with Employer Match & Profit Sharing + Employee Assistance Program + Tuition Reimbursement + Professional Development Opportunities + Student Loan Repayment Assistance + Eligibility for Annual Bonus + Wellness Reimbursement Program + Pet Insurance Position Overview: + Develop Training – Design and develop standardized training for all Impact Manager teams encompassing the RQIP portfolio of programs and RQIP systems by closely aligning with the Senior Impact Leadership Team, marketing team, and others. + Development and Measure - Design and develop training and support materials, assessment tools and matrixes to measure effectiveness/outcomes. + Relationships  – Build affinity and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the customer experience. + RQI Portfolio –  Represent with high competence the complete RQI Portfolio in designated accounts. + Best Practices  - Share customer best practices in RQI program adoption from customers across Impact team.   + New, Renewals & Expansions  – Ensure targets for new business, expansions, and renewals in designated accounts are met. Position Holder is Accountable For: Impact Team Training: + Develop and implement effective training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Training includes onboarding of new employees through ongoing training. + Deliver training to Impact Managers and other employees in person or virtually. + Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. + Solicit feedback from Impact Team on existing and new training materials. + Field Coaching: Provide Impact Managers opportunities to practice and execute techniques and reinforce their learning through feedback and coaching; provide one-on-one coaching and support to Impact Managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to meet their goals and overcome obstacles to improve their sales performance. + Individual Coaching: Work with sales leadership to identify individual training needs for sales team members and provide personalized coaching and support. + Sales Goals - Achieve revenue goals. + Program Competence – Ensure mastery of the features, functionality, and value proposition related to the RQI Portfolio. + Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed to meet the evolving needs of the sales team and organization. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales training to continually improve our training offerings. Required Skills and Competencies: + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. + Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as the ability to train others in these areas. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning & development, sales training, or related role. + Learning & Development certification such as CPLP/CPTD strongly preferred + A high degree of knowledge around best practices for training including adult learning principles. + Proficiency in the use of eLearning authoring tools (i.e. Articulate, Lectora , Adapt) + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions both in person and virtually. + Demonstrated ability to develop, implement & measure knowledge acquisition with all elements of the sales training program. + Knowledge of CRM systems (Sales Force preferred) + Ability to travel as required to meet business needs. + Valid Driver’s License The estimated annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $120,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
