Managed the overall Import and Export Operations from Order Planning, Schedule, Receiving and Shipment. Monitors status of IMPEX Plan and coordinates and works with Operations teams.

Responsibilities\n\n\nShift turnover : Discuss  all issues encounter, alignments for execution, prioritization and help needed\n\n\nResposible to check and do advance TS Planning for Export shipments from CDC to SDC 1day prior loading\n\n\nReview and update the Import/Export Plan and shared to DHL LT's for PD and strat planning\n\n\nPlan Import & Export daily requirments vs Capacity, for any exceed capacity, escalate this to immediate Supervisor\n\n\nCoordinate with brokers coordinator for the plan to be received and unload for the shift\n\n\nProvide updates and status to brokers query \n\n\nAttend the daily 11am DDS call with Brokers & Itrade for Import/Export Planning and Prioritization\n\n\nResponsible to download the Export final OTS on time and share to the broker and 4PL\n\n\nResponsible to download the Import ASN and ensure that details reflecting in Prime and SAP is the same to avaoid further issues\n\n\nTimely sending of Tally sheets to 4PL\n\n\nResponsible to coordinate with the operation team in terms of prioritization of the CV for door assignment\n\n\nResponsible for timely coordination with the broker's coordinator for CV movement\n\n\nResponsilbe to update the export calendar plan and updates any revisions done on the Original plan\n\n\nHourly update of dashboard\n\n\nTimely updating of Impex MRR\n\n\nTroubleshoots any Import/Export related issue raised by Operation/dock owner, esclate to immediate Supervisor for any help needed\n\n\nResponsible in providing registered and correct loading pattern to be used for Export shipment to IMPEX TL\n\n\nCoordinate with KUs for any potential may encounter during ASN downloading, Invoicing\n\n\nCoordinate issues encounter on loading pattern to QA and MPD\n\n\nAsisst SGS Inspection\n\n\nProvide monthly report - Data for Safety\n\n\nMonitor and Update Import Receiving Relibility and Export Shipment Reliability \n\n\nReport accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as safely practical to the management as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation\n\n\nConduct Root Cause Analysis on Quality Incidents with significant effect on Customer\n\n\nCreate One Pager Report, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis on Safety Incidents\n\n\nCreate QAR for any Quality defect found\n\n\nProcess and request trucksizing request to Warehousing with complete documentation\n\n\nRequirements

1. With 2 years' experience in Supply Chain & Logistic esp. on Import and Export planning and operations

4. Knowledgeable in SAP and WMS

\n

5. With good data analytical Skills and reports preparation

\n

6. Has Planning and leadership skills

\n

7. Can learn and adapt in a fast phase environment.
