The Implementation Analystis responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of software solutions for clients. This role involves working directly with our customers to ensure they are implemented on time, within budget, coordinating project activities, and facilitating change management throughout the process. Responsibilities:Act as the project lead for multiple customer-facing projects concurrently with small to mid-sizedenterprise customers. Deliver detailed onboarding plan and document/update the project workbook including timelines, milestones and change management strategies. Manage all aspects of the implementation project includingfacilitating remote working sessions and on occasion traveling onsite with the customer (restrictions permitting), managing scope, risk, project plans, project monitoring, weekly checkpoint meetings and consulting on best practices. Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and address concerns throughout the implementation. Oversee and liaise with the Achievers’ Technical Consultant on strategic program design, configuration, testing and possible integrations. Assist in program configuration within the Achievers platform to enable customer testing phase and launch Provide input, direction and oversight with departments supporting your implementation projects including Development, Operations, and Product, as required. Execute communications plans and provide guidance to customers to support program implementation and user adoption. Utilize tracking and reporting tools (Mavenlink, JIRA, Confluence, , internal documentation) to ensure an effective project management approach, knowledge transfer and business continuity. Track project progress against key metrics, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions, as needed. Provide ongoing support to users after platform launch, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and Customer Support. Qualifications:Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. 1 year or more of related experience consulting and implementing software applications in a customer-facing environment. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into implementation plans. Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing solutions to ensure project delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Change management expertise to navigate organizational transitions effectively. Evidence of effective multi-tasking and managing tight project schedules. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges during implementation. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and drive. Why you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
