\nWhy does this role exist?
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant, Finance Systems to customize and install our software systems for clients in the Finance & Accounting domain. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively setting up, training, and supporting clients in the use of our software solutions.
The Impact you’ll make\n\nClient Onboarding:\nMeet with clients to collect data and information for software customization\nCreate detailed project plans for timely installation of customized systems\nEducate clients on how to use purchased software and customized features
\n\n\n\n\nSystem Customization:\nCustomize software systems based on clients' individual needs and specifications\nCommunicate with clients throughout the customization process for feedback and approval
\n\n\n\n\nClient Support:\nRegularly interact with assigned clients to resolve queries in a timely manner\nEffectively communicate escalations to the supervisor\nEnsure client satisfaction with the implemented solutions\n\n\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHard Requirements\nExperience in F&A Outsourcing industry (added advantage)\nSound technical knowledge in accounting software and implementation\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\n\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least an Intel i3 core processor\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
