Ensuring clients are engaged and satisfied by managing complex projects involving multiple teams with the goal of being successfully onboarding to our Black Diamond Wealth PlatformWorking collaboratively across Black Diamond’s Onboarding TeamsSpending time getting to know client’s business model and individual system needs and developing client workflows based on those needsConfiguring our purposeful suite of tools to allow financial advisors to manage their client’s complete wealth pictureDesigning and delivering training to clients on our comprehensive Wealth PlatformEfficiently managing 12-15 Implementation projects concurrently

What You Will Bring:   

A blend of investment management and technical experience is a must for the job2-3 years of client facing experience in Software, Financial Services, or Financial TechnologyA demonstrated focus on the holistic client experience and client satisfactionAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologyExperience in Project ManagementProficient with Microsoft Office, including ExcelSelf-directed, must be able to work independentlyBachelor’s DegreeMost importantly, the ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate our core values in all aspects of the position: Ownership.
