What you will do…
Establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, quick deployment, and adequate training.Deliver client training sessions on product features, workflows, and best practices to maximize client success, ensuring all sessions adhere to Axxess Quality Management System (QMS) standards.Provide ongoing support during the implementation process to address questions and ensure smooth transition with successful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Evaluate client needs, recommend configurations, and implementation solutions that support business processesPartners effectively with internal Client Experience team member and other internal stakeholders to provide quality support to our clientsOffer tailored recommendations, consultation, and guidance to address client-specific challengesRespond rapidly and provide prompt consultative support to client concerns, escalate unresolved matters and maintain ownership through to a timely resolutionMaintain knowledge of Axxess products/services as well as knowledge of industry trends and compliance needsAttend industry trade events and Axxess sponsored customer events, as requestedCommunicate status of assigned projects to implementation team managementDocument training and implementation activities accurately for internal references/Quality Management System (QMS) standards and client recordsTravel to client locations as needed to deliver onsite training and supportAny other duties as assignedWhat you will bring…
Bachelor degree required3+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice or Palliative industry experience required Understanding of Medical Billing through Medicare, Medicaid and General Insurance avenuesExperience in client service or training roles related to software implementation preferredDemonstrated ability to address client concerns proactively and recommend solutionsDemonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities while managing multiple tasksPrior experience with web/cloud-based software and proficiency with CRM toolsExcellent skills in time management and communication Ability to travel potentially up to 40% of the time, including overnight stays as necessary
