About the role:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. Implementation Consultants have responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work and following Kyriba implementation methodologies throughout the project phases. This is a remote role and the candidate will be able to sit anywhere in Mexico.

Key Tasks

Configure and train customers on Kyriba modules, implementing business processes and system configurations to meet client requirements.

Apply Kyriba methodology effectively and enforce implementation standards.

Independently manage smaller projects, including day-to-day operational aspects and scope.

Assist in identifying and quantifying project risks, ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Maintain an 80% utilization rate.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.

Produce high-quality project documentation and training materials.

Understand and resolve customer issues effectively.

Facilitate effective client meetings.

Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion and set and manage client expectations effectively.

Develop lasting relationships with client personnel to foster strong client ties.

Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships continually.

Improve Kyriba product knowledge by attending training sessions and acquiring new certifications.

What We're looking for

Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance, or relevant work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Previous project or customer management experience.

Excellent time management skills for managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Capability to work with teams in multiple countries across time zones.

Must pass/clear job-related training and certifications within the first three months of starting.
