We are looking for an Implementations Consultant to join our team based at our Ruddington HQ in Nottinghamshire. Within this team you will be responsible for installing and deploying Ideagen's software products to our global customers.
Responsibilities You will be Installing, upgrading and deploying Ideagen software productsYou will have responsibility to document deployment to provide information to the service delivery teams and to support other teamWorking closely with the project management teams, you will ensure smooth delivery of Ideagen projectsWorking with the development teams where necessary to identify and resolve issuesWork with Security Operations and Information Security teams to develop and maintain documentation to support sales and audit activitiesEffectively communicate technical requirements to technical an non-technical stakeholder’s. Skills and Experience Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detailExcellent organisational skills and be able to effectively manage your own workload where priorities may change throughout the dayExperience building PowerShell scriptsExposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.Exposure to Cloud Services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft AzureAbout Ideagen
