SUMMARY
RealPage Implementation Consultant II is responsible for working across multiple product teams to implement end-to-end UEM and VCR solutions for customers. This includes analyzing requirements and validating due diligence collected by the RUM Onboarding team, consulting with client on any specific needs, submitting setup request, ensuring quality assurance pass, sending activation details to client, and activating the site for revenue. The Implementation Consultant II serves as a subject matter expert for implementation best practices on the products or services they are delivering. They are instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.
PRMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously Assist client in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve client’s desired result Analyze and validate information collected by onboarding team Conduct review with customer prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data Maintain advanced knowledge of UEM and VCR products Interpret and understand client business requirements Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client Provide project management to ensure product activations are moving as quickly as possible Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation Provide project coordination as required for more complicated account setups to ensure successful completion Resolve complaints and answer questions from both internal and external customers Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with either the Engagement Managers, Consultants, Account Management and/or clients Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and proceduresREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance related position preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Minimum of 2-year experience in software implementation Prior experience in a consultative position with proven success required Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external executive-level customers Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details and interpret client needs Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Strong critical thinking to analyze the pros and cons of solving a problem in a certain way Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On Site, Home or Hybrid) Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City or Ayala Cebu CityPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Experience in RUM, especially UEM and VCR platform is strongly preferred Strong track record with communicating and collaborating across functions; experience working with sales, customer success, and product is a plus Software and/or multifamily property management experience required Experience using Salesforce, Google Search is a plus#LI-MV1
