About the role:
This role is part of Profession Services team responsible for on-boarding of new reconciliations, maintenance of existing reconciliations, implementation of client driven changes, platform installation and upgrades.
What you will be doing
· On-boarding of new reconciliations and maintenance of existing reconciliations adhering to the reconciliation’s standards laid down in the project
· Support UAT testing, conduct thorough regression testing to delivery high quality defect free changes to Production ensuring platform stability.
· Installation and upgrade of reconciliation application and related products on client platform.
· Design and implement new changes in partnership with internal stakeholders, change delivery, and client teams. Provide analytical and subject matter expertise into broader strategic initiatives.
· Work collaboratively with other teams to identify pain areas, process efficiencies, utilize subject matter expertise to drive automation and deliver efficiencies.
What you bring:
· 4+ years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
· 4+ years of strong database experience in SQL.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
· Good communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both internal and external parties.
· Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
· Reconciliation knowledge
· Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
· Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
· Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach.
