Implementation Engineer

Job Description: 

Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Java development. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Deep understanding of Java fundamentals like OOP principles, collections, exception handling, concurrency, and data structures.  Expertise in Java Collections Framework (List, Set, Map) and their efficient usage.  Experience with multithreading concepts and synchronization mechanisms. Understanding of JVM internals (garbage collection, memory management, class loading) and ability to optimize Java applications for performance. Techniques for profiling and identifying performance bottlenecks Expert level skills in Java/ J2EE programming, Spring framework (spring IOC, spring security, and hibernate.  Strong knowledge of web services RESTful web services including web services standards and related both as a consumer and provider.  High proficiency with development tools and workflows (Maven, Eclipse, etc.) Experience with database technologies, Oracle and MYSQL proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures using JDBC. Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or manual and integration testing tools.  Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues Experience in reporting tools like Jasper/Crystal clear is an add on advantage.
