Roles and Responsibilities

Executes production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.Good understanding of own discipline. Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.Basic understanding of key business drivers, using this understanding to accomplish own work and how own area integrates with others.Autonomy to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering within a defined framed work. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. Develops strong customer relations and serves as the interface between customer and GE Vernova. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
