The **Sales Implementation Manager** oversees the deployment and integration of a company’s products or services for clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s specifications. They coordinate internal teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to active service. The role is both strategic and operational, blending project management, customer service, and technical expertise.
**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**
**Project Management:**
+ Lead the execution of product implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
+ Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate the efforts of internal teams (e.g., operations, product, sales support) to deliver on implementation goals.
+ Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address obstacles or risks.
**Customer Interaction:**
+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
+ Understand the client’s business needs and translate them into implementation requirements.
+ Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process.
+ Ensure clients are satisfied with the implementation and address any concerns or issues.
**Stakeholder Communication:**
+ Regularly update internal teams and senior leadership on project status, risks, and successes.
+ Prepare reports and presentations on project health and deliverables for stakeholders
**Quality Assurance & Risk Management:**
+ Identify risks and roadblocks early in the process and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Ensure that the final implementation meets the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Analyze feedback and performance data to improve the implementation process.
+ Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for efficient project delivery.
+ Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand new features and how they can be incorporated into client projects
**Position Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or healthcare environment.
+ Proven track record of managing complex, multi-phase implementation projects.
+ Experience in client-facing roles and building strong customer relationships.
+ Effective and efficient at using MS Office software, and other standard PC operations, to communicate and be productive.
+ Demonstrates accountability and takes personal responsibility for results.
+ Possess ability to develop and find leads through Salesforce.com, public domains and other sources as appropriate.
+ Effectively communicate and work in partnership with colleagues and all internal company’s Team Members.
+ Displays appropriate organizational skills and is able to manage varying responsibilities, meetings, customers, etc. while maintaining productivity and delivering results.
+ Prioritizes relationship building and effectively develops strategic partners both with colleagues as well as with current and potential customers.
+ Exhibits effective sales and business acumen, displaying fundamental knowledge of the imaging market and sales strategies and is able to apply those skills to deliver on results.
+ Leverages strong organizational and strategic planning skills to effectively manage a geographic territory and build upon past success.
+ Consistently exhibits and results-oriented approach and mindset.
+ 50% Travel may be required.
**Physical Requirements:**
Standard office environment and may be exposed to environmental hazards such as exposure to noise, and travel.
More than 50% of the time:
+ Sit, stand, and walk.
+ Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.
+ See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
Less than 50% of the time:
+ Stoop, kneel or crawl.
+ Climb and balance.
+ Carry and lift 10-20 pounds.
