Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the Implementation Manager will serve a vital role in our company, responsible for  leading the technical aspects of our software implementations. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful implementation. The Implementation Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all technical requirements are met in order to achieve successful software deployment and adoption. This role must be able to adapt to a quick paced and ever evolving environment.   What you’ll do:    Serve as technical expert on implementations of Iodine Software solutions. Monitor and report on the progress of implementation projects, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise. Synthesize and understand complex data sets from new clients and ensure client information is mapped to the Iodine system. Configure, test, and deploy hosted customer implementations of our software. Assist in the deployment of upgrades of our software for entire client base. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the offering. Partner with client experience team to ensure solutions are aligned with long-term strategy. Lead technical customer calls and meetings. Identify dependencies and communicate consistently with project team to ensure smooth & timely deployments. Provide ongoing business and technical support to existing customers. Work with marketing, development, and sales as needed to continuously improve customer satisfaction Serve as technical SME on implementations.   What we’d love to see:  3+ years of Implementation Experience of a SaaS product Bachelor's Degree 3 years of  Healthcare industry experience High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to ever evolving environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Strong SQL Skills Experience with Healthcare Interoperability Standards (HL7, X12) SAML Experience Strong Knowledge and Experience integrating with EHR systems and healthcare data integrations is highly desirable. Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms preferred PMP certification preferred Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change.
