Implementation Manager I

The healthcare market planning team manages 5 solution lines and 20+ product SKUs of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The team manages multiple activities that drive strategy for their product(s) and bring insights for improving product features, strengthening value proposition, understanding buyer behavior and understand competitors. Changes are rolled out to the market with a go-to-market plan and executed with a cross functional team that includes shared services teams i.e. pricing, billing, finance among others.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The market planning analyst are expected to support the market planning with business analysis and project management to ensure timely execution of the changes that they chose to roll out to the market. To successfully support this team, the analyst is expected to have the following skills

Project planning and execution - construct detailed work plans, work with multiple teams to develop an aligned plan, monitor successful executionConfident and clear in communications – email communication, Meeting agendas, Key takeaways and decisions from discussions, drive meetings aligned to agendaUnderstand products and their value proposition based on the training providedHave a commercial understanding of business – How pricing, billing, engineering, legal, marketing, finance and other functions come together for go-to-market, bring the right teams to ensure successful executionAnalysis and research - collecting, organizing, and analyzing opinions and data to solve problems, explore issues, and predict trends; Develop competitor profilesInternal Documentation – Operational documents, process guides, RACI, FAQs etc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage 7-8 project plans in parallel and work with cross functional teamsOwn project planning and execution end-to-end for each project assignedSchedule discussions to ensure open items are discussed and decisions are made in a timely fashion. Set-up clear agenda for meeting, invite the right team and ensure takeaways are well understood by teamsSupport market planners with preparation for deliverables – compile from existing collateral and research to create draft version of documents, document steps / process / approach discussedin meetings, develop content for a draft business case based on specific inputs provided bymarket plannersAttend webinars and discussions in place of market planners (as listen in) and take notes and takeaways for the market planning teamsTrack new competition and notify market planner based on internet based research and create a company profile for their referenceDocument process for go-to-market and keep int upto date based on new scenarios and circumstances faced.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work is generally performed in an office environment, or home office with access to LN network.No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job. This role is expected to work in EST hours in close collaboration with US based teams and a few meetings in IST friendly hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.Any relevant project management related experience.Any relevant business analysis or research experience A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
