Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive PMS Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of hotels to the Property Management System (PMS). This role involves managing a portfolio of hotels, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing continuous support to hotel team .
Track Progress: Monitor hotel progress through the onboarding process and proactively reach out to hotels that drop out to understand and address their concerns.
Provide Support: Offer guidance and support to hotels regarding training and terms/conditions for the new PMS.
Collaborate with Revenue Management: Work with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and offerings for the PMS functionality.
Leverage Expertise: Utilize knowledge in hospitality operations, revenue management, and sales to communicate effectively with hotel leadership (e.g., General Managers, Revenue Managers).
Utilize CRM Systems: Use CRM systems to automate outreach and track key metrics related to the onboarding process.
Work Independently: Secure necessary approvals and information from hotel decision-makers independently and persistently.
Growth Potential: Opportunity to grow into a team lead role as the project expands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
