Implementation Manager - Remote (PST or MST)

About You: To enable us on our growth trajectory, we're searching for an Implementation Manager to facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to Assignar while driving customer adoption and retention. You should be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management and time management skills, capable of handling multiple complex implementations while balancing workload effectively. A successful Implementation Manager will drive high customer satisfaction, engagement, and adoption of Assignar. You'll Ideally Bring With You: + 2–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations, set expectations, and drive outcomes + A proactive approach to customer engagement and risk management, ensuring customers remain on track throughout onboarding + A data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer progress and success metrics + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment + Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams + Experience training customers on a B2B SAAS product. + Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, Slack and G-suite Nice to Have: + Experience in the ConTech and/or AEC field, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities. + Experience developing onboarding resources and improving onboarding processes. Day to Day, You Will: + Own and manage new customer implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and customer adoption + Run new customer Kickoff Calls within 5 business days of sale + Configure customer environments, migrate data, and understand business workflows + Deliver structured training sessions to drive feature adoption and product confidence + Proactively monitor onboarding progress and escalate risks when necessary + Maintain a weekly cadence of training with customers during the onboarding phase. + Develop expert knowledge of Assignar, including system integrations and reporting capabilities + Educate customers on self-service support options + Submit product feedback to the Product Team and advocate for customer needs + Ensure a seamless transition between Implementation and Customer Success teams + Maintain detailed customer notes and status updates in Salesforce & Dock + Conduct post-implementation check-ins to ensure ongoing customer success What Success Looks Like: In the first month, you will complete training on Assignar's platform, processes, and customer needs while shadowing onboarding sessions. By the end of the first month, you will begin taking on customers and steadily ramp up your workload. Within three months, you will be managing implementations independently, meeting key performance metrics that reflect time to value, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. You'll be guiding customers through a smooth onboarding process, keeping them engaged, and ensuring high satisfaction, leading to long-term retention.
