Summary of Position
Under the direction of the Technical Manager, the Implementation Operations Coordinator will facilitate the day-to-day configuration workload assignments. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure workload is distributed appropriately among the Implementation Data Analysts and track associated metrics. Work will be measured by achievement of business objectives and progress towards strategic goals leading to improved productivity or profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates configuration for clients in preparation for implementation.
Identifies resource availability and establishes implementation dates according to client expectations, Teladoc Health revenue goals, and resource availability.
Track availability and utilization forecast against actual unit deliverables and provide management information on these.
Monitor and report of differences between forecast and actual unit deliverables.
Minimize bench time for resources through collaboration across regions or functions to identify suitable roles.
Ensure resource requests are prioritized based on set guidelines and where necessary manage any escalations.
Ensure individual and team unit deliverable targets are achieved.
This position will not access Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position
1-2 years working experience in a data operations and data entry role.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind.
Qualifications Preferred for Position
Previous implementation and/or support experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
