The Implementation Specialist provides project and technical support to customers adopting new or new-to-them Cybersource products. After a thorough training program on Cybersource products and services, you'll be a part of a global team working with small and large customers to define, shape, and implement their technical project. The role will rely on your creativity and developer acumen to troubleshoot and solve our customers business challenges, developing robust solutions using the breadth and depth of the Cybersource product portfolio.

Our IS team takes their honed knowledge of how our clients actually use our products into a wide range of amazing roles within Visa.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated technical implementation support in CNP, CP environments or Project Management experience in applicable areasMust have strong relationship management skills and experience and an ability to plan strategicallyMust be able to skilfully prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in working with cross-functional/cross-departmental and virtual teams, managing business and technical relationshipsSelf-starter with strong organization and resolution management skillsMust work well as a part of a teamMust demonstrate strong complex problem solving capabilitiesHas competency in a technical skillset, such as networking principles or coding.Payment industry experiencePRINCE2, PMP or similar project management certification,Customer support experienceCard-not-present, Card Present and risk mitigation methodology experience is strongly preferred.International banking knowledge, gained from merchant work experience.Expert coding or technical architecture experience.Additional Information
