As an Implementation Specialist, you are part of our Professional Services team that works on developing and maintaining our billing solution for specific customers. As a successful Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, leveraging your extensive expertise to provide advanced technical solutions and consulting services to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass leading complex projects collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our billing software solution. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and technical specialist within our dynamic team. This is a Hybrid role – 2 days in office from our Denmark office reporting to the Manager, Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
Customer consultation
· Gathering business requirements from customers.
· Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
· Providing training and support to end users after implementation.
· Managing customers’ expectations, timelines, and communicating progress.
Implementation of technical solutions
· Configuring and customizing the system to meet specific customer needs.
· Setting up and deploying the software or system within the customers’ environment
· Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during and after implementation.
· Managing the overall implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope.
· Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., development, support) to resolve any issues.
· Creating and maintaining project documentation.
Technical Expertise and know how on:
· Platform Build and Deployment Maintenance
· Define, maintain and align release procedures
· Contribute to CI/CD tooling
· System Configuration
· Platform Documentation
· Prepare, build and deliver releases incl. release notes
· Write user manuals for customers
· Train the customer in how to use our system, when required
Qualifications & Experience:
· Have +3 years of experience in a technical application consultant role, preferably within telecommunications BSS and Billing
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Preferable experience in telecommunications and billing systems
· SQL database query skills
· Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
· Educational background in computer science, data processing, engineering, or IT
· Good English language skills, both written and spoken
· Customer service experience
· Proactive team player, be open to discuss issues/tasks/priorities with colleagues
· Experience in Jira, Bitbucket, Java and Docker
