Overview

Gentiva’s National Account Dept. is looking for an Implementation Specialist of Bus Dev & Managed Care to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to the VP of Strategic Business Development & Managed Care and is essentially a “sales success engineer”. You will be responsible for meeting the established goals in closed contract projects as well as new deal implementation plans. A key component of this role will be to pull and disseminate company metrics for National Account VP and Executive Sellers by reviewing and optimizing many aspects of key performance benchmarks. The stats will primarily be for Hospice but may include other PAC business lines.

 

The person chosen for this role will be responsible for managing existing and new business implementation as assigned by the VP. Key components of the role include:

Assist in the on-boarding and welcoming of new customers and support the business planning and execution of long-term partnerships, ultimately increasing the organizations business growth through new partner success supportIncrease sales information flow and convey the intel to Executive Sellers and leadership, through data analytics, to generate actionable insightsStrengthen strategy and performance components of key customer segments such as Health Systems, ACOs, Physician Groups, MCOs, and SNF/ALF, as well as other upstream and downstream providers.

The position’s focus will include success of partnerships, and the pulling of company provided metrics, as well as trending and analysis of data to support sales results:
