Responsibilities: + Developingandconfiguringweb services in our EAM platform, builtonServiceNow + Configurationsofvarious EAM moduleswithintheplatformincludingclinical, facilities, manufacturing, security, integratedworkplace management (IWMS) andportalactingas EAM platformsystemadministrator, programmeroranalyst + Workingwithwebtechnologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP) + ServiceNowprogrammingandanalysis + Gliderecordand accessinguserinformation + Building systemsecurity + Clientscriptingand UI policies + Graphicalworkflow + Service catalogandcatalogscripting + Referencequalifiersanddependentfields + Tableandfieldmanipulation + Managingimportsets + Developingemailnotifications + Building transformmaps + Integrationof EAM platformwithvariousthirdpartytools Qualifications:  + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience + 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow + Preferred ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer + Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum Key Competencies: + Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum + Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies including XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP/S + Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirements analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment + 5+ years of experience in IT and application development space + 3+ years of client facing implementation or consulting experience + ServiceNow certification (Implementation certification is preferred) and ITIL certification (Foundation certification preferred) + Ability to develop and achieve clear, realistic and challenging goals that are aligned with targeted business results + Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment + Ability to innovate and identify R&D opportunities while engaging with clients around business processes and solutions Department Service Delivery Employment Type Full-Time
