Job Overview:
Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will gain a deep understanding of the products leveraged – specifically B2W Field log/Tracking, support end users of B2W Track, lead implementation projects by interfacing directly with user base and be responsible for ensuring that implementations are executed smoothly and meet client expectations that are clearly defined and documented.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the configuration and setup of software (B2W) to align with client specifications and business goals and needs. Lead the planning and execution of implementation projects for B2W. Ensure B2W Track system setup meets current business needs and requirements. Assist with ensuring current B2W Track releases are installed and tested. Stay updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to the business. Customize solutions to fit client needs and business processes, while understanding the IT support chain and full business scope. Assist with business communication regarding B2W and addressing any issues that arise. Daily Support of B2W Track End Users Requests and Issues. Create end-user training and maintain support materials.Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology preferred. 5 years experience implementing timekeeping software preferred. Payroll processing understanding (with Union experience). Experience with B2W Track or similar Electronic Timekeeping System required. Previous Software Support to end users of system. Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously. Experience working with Vista (Viewpoint) or similar Construction ERP System preferred. Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Products. Self-starter, organized and detail oriented.Company Overview:
