Implementations Consultant – Eclipse Client Service

Location:    Boston, Chicago, NYC - Hybrid/In office

What You Will Get To Do: 

Implement institutional investment manager clients and their users and enable the use of all front-to-back capabilities of the system, including Trading, Order Management, Compliance, Accounting, and Reporting. Point person for onboarding clients to the Eze Eclipse platform. This includes running client meetings as well as coordinating with external 3rd party groups.You will become a key stakeholder to Development and Product Management by participating in Agile ceremonies and providing product feedback as the voice of the client.  You will be responsible for the delivery of client service requests and change requests as clients expand their business and usage of the platform, working alongside Development and Product Management.Advocate for enhancement requests to meet client needs as Eclipse functionality grows and seeking supportability improvements to aid platform setup and support activities.  You will closely interact with client stakeholders, internal Development and Product Management teams, and other Eze Client Service and IT functions. 

What You Will Bring: 

Minimum of 2+ years of recent and relevant experience with similar functionalityExperience in a Financial Services or Investment Technology setting, specific to Trading, Operations, and Accounting, in a client facing role.Experience with accounting and trading system implementations and configuration.Proven track record of managing client expectations, requests and timelines.Strong communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Collaboration with Product Management and Software Development to facilitate product improvements and client requests.Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs.Good understanding of project management and Agile methodologies and best-practices.Ability to adapt to new processes/procedures.Familiarity with Account/Relationship management best-practices.

NY: Salary range for the position: 70000 USD to 100000 USD.
