Implementations Enablement Specialist

The Solutions Enablement Specialist uses product knowledge, project management principles, and client relationship skills to lead clients through successful onboarding, system enhancements, and data correction for their contracted Equifax Workforce Solutions’ employer services. They will provide consultative guidance to our clients while balancing technical and product support. This position will also serve as our clients’ champion within Workforce Solutions, ensuring our company is consistently delivering compliance services that are of superior quality.

What you'll do:

Manages the technical implementation and quality of data for Equifax Workforce Solutions’ clients 

Employs project management principles for an efficient activation of service(s)

Fosters client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic direction and guidance to the client on configuration options

Demonstrates the value of service(s) through instructional presentations and proactively recommends enhancements or new services based upon client input

Researches and identifies data quality issues reported through the client or found through Implementation of new file and work with client to create a resolution

Coordinates, tests, and executes the transfer of new data feeds or data corrections with clients to ensure that continuity and level of service(s) are maintained and/or enhanced

Holds the overall responsibility for the success of a client’s enablement project while operating in a cohesive, cross-functional team environment

Partners with the Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Technology teams for technical matters from advancement of technical proficiencies to problem resolution of any client issues

What experience you need:

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent business experience in an implementations/client-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills

1-2 years of prior business or educational experience working with HTML, XML and web-services

1-2 years of prior business or educational experience with employee self-service or SaaS web-based applications

1-2 years of prior experience or educational experience in Python, RESTful APIs and SQL

A strong understanding of various file formats and have successfully managed complex data transfers, as well as the ability to handle any file-related tasks efficiently and accurately

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables. Skilled at prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time

Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment; learning quickly, solving problems and making decisions with minimal supervision

Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross-functionally to resolve complex issues with designated time frames

A strong command of technical concepts and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in a simplified manner
