As a Treasury Services Implementation Manager within the Implementations Team, you will be tasked with the successful implementation of new cash management business within set deadlines, using established methodologies to boost revenue. Your role will involve providing accurate and timely updates on the status of implementation, escalating any issues that may risk the target dates. You will work closely with Operations and other internal partners to ensure successful project delivery and an excellent client experience. Managing multiple deals or projects at the same time, you will develop expertise in your subject matter and share your acquired skills with your colleagues. This role demands independent work with minimal supervision, while also contributing to the larger project deal team.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement Cash Management solutions across established EMEA booking locations, varying in size and complexity.Assist the Sales Team in scoping target solutions.Develop project plans for each deal, incorporating the Project Management Team's methodology, and guide clients on their tasks and roles within the plan.Collaborate with internal and external parties to deliver solutions within specific timeframes. Conduct regular client meetings/calls to review project progress against the plan.Update internal tracking reports weekly/monthly. Provide support to team colleagues as needed.Attend meetings and training to continue development and enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes, and technologies.Proactively work to reduce implementation cycle time, either independently or through teams.Support clients requesting Kinexys products globally across APAC, EMEA, and US.Partner with product and business teams to streamline processes and act swiftly on revised PnP.Utilize experience in handling implementation of existing products to provide insights on best practices.Manage connectivity setup for clients, including Access UI, SWIFT, and API.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3 years of experience in Implementations.Keen attention to detail.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to adapt to a changing environment, including adjustments to work schedule.Strong organizational and decision-making skills.Essential presentation and negotiating skills.Aptitude for learning documentation and risk requirements.Ability to work on multiple applications with minimal supervision.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Preferred knowledge/experience in Cash Management and Treasury Services.Preferred experience in client contact.Proficient in various desktop and internet-based applications.Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.Beneficial project management experience.
