What does a successful Implementations - Advisor/Project Manager for Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) do?

Your role is pivotal in helping clients maximize the value of Fiserv's cutting-edge loyalty technologies, driving client success, and fostering lasting partnerships. What you will do:

Execute implementations of the Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) technology solutions.Coordinate and manage client interactions to ensure seamless integration processes.Develop customized implementation plans tailored to client requirements and goals.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.Train and support clients on PLP functionalities and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Evaluate and optimize implementation strategies to enhance client satisfaction.Maintain clear documentation and reporting of implementation processes and outcomes.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience.7+ years of experience in implementing loyalty technology solutions.7+ years of experience in project management, coordinating complex tech integrations.7+ years of experience in client training and support during implementations.7+ years of experience using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.

What would be great to have:

8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies for project management.8+ years of experience in SQL databases administration and optimization.8+ years of experience in loyalty programs and technology.8+ years of experience in advanced troubleshooting techniques.8+ years of experience in developing and presenting technical training materials.
