Facilitate Sales orders with all departments within C Spire Business (CSB) and C Spire. Coordinate the orders from start to finish. Communicate, coordinate and update documentation with internal C Spire departments and our customers. Assist Sales, Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering and Service Delivery with facilitating best design for customers when necessary.

A relentless obsession to be the best in our industryA winner mentality determined to outsmart and outdo competitorsA single-minded commitment to unbeatable customer experiencesAn unapologetic passion for innovation and technologyAn uncompromising drive toward continuous improvementA steadfast devotion to doing the right thing the right wayA deep-seated dedication to accountability and ownership Responsibilities Maintain all sales documentation and implementation information from the beginning of service delivery through order fulfillment in Salesforce.Work with sales team to ensure customer needs are facilitatedWork closely with and be the liaison for all departments involved with the CSB order fulfillment processUpdate the customers routinely on order statusCoordinate VoIP services, circuits, connectivity, internet plus other services provided by CSB.Create location diagrams, Network Designs, Multi-Loc connections and/or Visio drawings when necessaryFacilitate meetings and calls with customers and necessary C spire departments for complex implementationsMust understand competition of the industry and understand CSB services in their entiretyNotify appropriate management when orders become stalledTake full ownership of facilitating the customers’ needsOther task or duties as assigned Qualifications Level IREQUIREDOne year of work experience in fast-paced service delivery environment, telecommunications and/or data industries required.Proven knowledge of telecommunications and VoIP Services required.Proven ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external departments required.Must be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team and the department as a whole.PREFERREDAssociates degree.Experience in project management and/or provisioning desired.Project Coordination experience strongly preferred.Level IIREQUIREDThree years work experience in fast paced service delivery environment, telecommunications and/or data industries.Proven knowledge of Telecommunications and VoIP Services required.Project Coordination experience required.Proven ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external departments required.Must be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team and the department as a whole.PREFERREDAssociates degree Level IIIREQUIREDExcellent knowledge of Telecommunications, VoIP Services, Bandwidth and connectivity requiredProject coordination experience requiredAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external departments requiredStrong problem-solving skillsProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously requiredMust be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team, sister departments and the customers.Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent work experience in fast paced telecommunications, networking or data industries required.SeniorREQUIREDBachelor’s degree or five years equivalent work experience in fast paced telecommunications, networking or data industriesMust have excellent knowledge of Telecommunications, VoIP Services, Bandwidth and connectivityProject coordination experience requiredAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external departmentsMust have proven strong problem-solving skillsMust have proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team, sister departments and the customers

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen.
