Primary Responsibilities: • Freight Forwarder (3PL) Program Management • Import/Export Operations • Import/Merchandising Planning • Strategy Development • Program Development • Trade Compliance/Customs/Clearance • Cost, Price and Risk Assessments • Communicating/Relationship Building/Reporting/Training Education, Experience & Skills: Minimum education required/preferred, area of study: • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Licensed Broker (preferred) Minimum years of relevant experience required: • 10 years with 5+ of those years in a retail environment Additional skills/knowledge required include: • Experience building best in class import programs • SLI, CI, IMDG Experience • Classification Experience • Experience establishing Free Trade Zones • Strong organization and analytical skills • Background in all relevant software and technology
