Receiving and checking and entering information on import documents and sending EDI
Correspondence with customers and face-to-face interaction when necessary
Correspondence with HQ and Agents
Making amendments

Required skills:

Familiarity with import document process
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to analyze
Preferably familiar with OTMS software
