Job description:

The Import and Export Analyst will guarantee that Foreign Trade operations are carried out in accordance with the laws. Maintain constant communication with the traffic and logistics team. Maintain customs compliance in our import and export operations. Maquiladora program related to the deferral of duties and taxes and management of supply chain security standards for MX customs certifications under the Authorized Economic Operator.

 

Key responsibilities include: 

IMMEX operation control under Customs Software BMS Virtual Operation Management from National Suppliers Importation control for Raw Material Exportation control for US Finished Goods V5 importation for BC Distribution Company Constant communication with multiple sites 

 

About you:

Education: International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs Degree or related English conversational level At least 1 year of experience in similar positions Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and national and international transport Knowledge of the operation of imports, exports, documentary issuance, customs processing, applicable legislation, and regulation Management of spreadsheets and data analysis software, especially in inventory control SAP experience (Desirable) Soft skills: Analytical skills, Problem-solving, Communication, and Flexibility/adaptability.
