EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- Business-level English communication skills

- Import experience highly preferred but will consider entry-level candidates

- Accounting knowledge is preferred

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask required to process a multitude of documents and deal with shipments arriving in numerous containers

- Word, Excel

- Some accounting knowledge a plus since position may assist with accounting duties in the future

DUTIES:

- This position deals mainly with imported goods contacting the custom broker, arranging transportation and communicating with intended recipient

- Will track and monitor shipment from the time the shipment leaves port until the arrival at the customers’ warehouse

- Submit necessary documents to the relevant entities and report the delivery status and costs to the sales department.

- Create reports and data reconciliation for upper management
